Payment Policy

1. ช่องทางการชำระเงินที่รับ

1. Accepted Payment Methods

เรารับชำระเงิน 2 ช่องทาง:

We accept payment through 2 channels:

• โอนผ่านธนาคาร: โอนเข้าบัญชีของห้างหุ้นส่วนจำกัด พุฒิภัทร คลินิก — ส่งสลิปยืนยันทาง LINE/อีเมล
• Bank Transfer: Direct transfer to Puttiphat Clinic Limited Partnership — confirmation slip via LINE/email
• บัตรเครดิต/เดบิต ผ่าน Xendit: Visa, Mastercard, JCB · รองรับการเรียกเก็บอัตโนมัติ (Recurring)
• Credit/Debit Card via Xendit: Visa, Mastercard, JCB · supports auto-recurring billing

2. Card Payment Security

• ข้อมูลบัตรของท่าน ไม่ถูกเก็บที่คลินิก — จัดการโดย Xendit ที่ผ่านมาตรฐาน PCI DSS Level 1
• Card data is never stored by the clinic — handled by Xendit (PCI DSS Level 1 certified)
• การชำระเงินครั้งแรกมี 3D Secure (OTP) ทุกครั้งเพื่อยืนยันตัวตน
• First-time payment requires 3D Secure (OTP) verification
• ข้อมูลถูกเข้ารหัส TLS 1.3 ตลอดการส่ง
• Data encrypted with TLS 1.3 in transit

3. Recurring Payment Terms

สำหรับโปรแกรม Membership ที่เลือกแบบรายเดือน/รายไตรมาส:

For monthly/quarterly Membership programs:

• การยินยอม: ท่านยินยอมให้คลินิกเรียกเก็บค่าบริการในรอบถัดไปโดยอัตโนมัติผ่านบัตรที่บันทึกไว้กับ Xendit
• Authorization: You authorize the clinic to charge subsequent billing cycles automatically via the card on file with Xendit
• การแจ้งเตือนล่วงหน้า: ส่งอีเมลแจ้ง 7 วันก่อนวันเรียกเก็บ ทุกรอบ พร้อมจำนวนเงินและวันที่
• Pre-billing notice: Email reminder 7 days before each billing date, including amount and date
• รอบการเรียกเก็บ: ทุกวันที่ตามที่ตกลงกัน (เช่น วันที่ 5 ของเดือน)
• Billing cycle: Same date each cycle (e.g., 5th of each month)
• ใบเสร็จและใบกำกับภาษี: ส่งทางอีเมลภายใน 2 วันทำการหลังเรียกเก็บสำเร็จ
• Receipt & tax invoice: Sent via email within 2 business days of successful charge
• การเปลี่ยนบัตร: ติดต่อทีมงานเพื่ออัปเดตบัตรใหม่ผ่านลิงก์ Xendit ที่ปลอดภัย
• Card update: Contact us to update card via secure Xendit link

4. การยกเลิกการเรียกเก็บอัตโนมัติ

4. Cancelling Auto-renewal

ท่านสามารถยกเลิกได้ทุกเมื่อ ไม่มีค่าธรรมเนียมการยกเลิก โดย:

• การยกเลิกจะมีผลในรอบบิลถัดไป (ไม่คืนเงินสำหรับรอบปัจจุบันที่ใช้บริการแล้ว)
• Cancellation takes effect from the next billing cycle (no refund for the current cycle if service was used)

5. การเรียกเก็บไม่สำเร็จ (Failed Payment)

5. Failed Payments

หากการเรียกเก็บไม่สำเร็จ (บัตรหมดอายุ ยอดไม่พอ ฯลฯ):

If payment fails (expired card, insufficient funds, etc.):

• เราจะส่งอีเมลแจ้งทันทีและลองเรียกเก็บใหม่ใน 3 วัน 7 วัน และ 14 วัน
• We'll email immediately and retry on day 3, 7, and 14
• หากยังไม่สำเร็จหลัง 14 วัน บริการจะถูกระงับชั่วคราวจนกว่าจะชำระสำเร็จ
• If unsuccessful after 14 days, service is suspended until successful payment

6. Currency and Exchange

การชำระเงินทั้งหมดเรียกเก็บเป็นเงินบาท (THB) สำหรับบัตรต่างประเทศ ธนาคารผู้ออกบัตรอาจคิดค่าธรรมเนียมการแปลงสกุลเงิน

All charges are in Thai Baht (THB). For foreign cards, the issuing bank may apply currency conversion fees.
